At the beginning of 2025, Cyclife France surveyed EDF entities, as well as customers from the CEA, Orano and research centres, on their level of satisfaction with Cyclife France's services and the quality of those services. Once again, the results were very positive.
As with all Cyclife Group entities, Cyclife France is committed to prioritising customer satisfaction. As part of its commitment to continuous improvement, it conducts annual customer satisfaction surveys to gauge customer satisfaction with the services and relationships it provides.
The survey, carried out in 2025, shows excellent results:
- 100% satisfaction with Experience Sharing Days
- 96% satisfaction with technical and commercial relations
- 94% satisfaction with the DTD (Déchets Traités sur Dossier) process
In addition, our customers recognise the quality of Cyclife France's services.

- 90% praised the quality of the information provided and the clarity of the documents
- 89% appreciate Cyclife France's reliability and the level of confidence it inspires
- 89% like our ability to propose improvement solutions
