The men and women behind the scenes

By the end of 2025, Cyclife France had 302 employees and engaged around 150 contractors in various fields.

Thirty new staff members were recruited in 2025, and 48 interns and work-study students were welcomed to share our knowledge and expertise with them. Over 16,000 hours of training were provided to Cyclife France employees, including nearly 10,800 hours dedicated to health and safety and radiation protection.

Cyclife France has announced an overall score of 75 out of 100 on the gender equality index for 2025.

For each of the indicators, the results achieved in 2025 are:

  • Pay gap (%): 35/40
  • Gap in individual pay rise rates (in % points): 10/20
  • Promotion gap (in % points): 15/15
  • Employees receiving a pay rise on return from maternity leave (%) 22 : 15/15
  • Number of employees from the under-represented gender in the top 10 highest earners: 0/10
Gender equality

In 2025, Cyclife France achieved a score of 75 out of 100. As this score was below 85 points, improvement targets have been set for each indicator that did not achieve the maximum score, namely indicators 1 and 5:

  • Indicator 1: Pay gap
Get closer to the maximum score by reducing, on an annual basis, unjustified pay gaps that are not based on objective and relevant criteria, so as to ensure equal pay for women and men for the same work or work of equal value.
  • Indicator 2: Gap in individual pay rise rates (excluding promotions)
Move closer to the maximum score by reducing this variation by 2026, particularly during the performance review process in April 2026, whilst ensuring that our company’s specific criteria for awarding individual pay rises—notably professionalism and performance (skills level)—are not compromised.
  • Indicator 5: The number of employees from the under-represented gender among the 10 highest earners
Achieve 5 points by ensuring that two women are among the company’s 10 highest earners, by implementing all possible measures, namely: pay rises based on justified, objective and relevant criteria and/or internal mobility and/or recruitment.
